Bronze Level Endurance Training

Athletes that choose the bronze level of coaching get a basic workout plan tailored to their preferred sport, a once monthly check in with Rotem Ishay to discuss challenges, address questions, and check performance. Whether you are looking for a cycling training plan, running training plan, swimming training plan, or for another sport, Ishay Endurance coaching can make an individualize program to fit you.  This training program is perfect active individuals who want to maintain a good level of fitness but are not competing professionally.
